Although we’ve been getting amazing and regular updates from Wandering Wheels all the way and we’re well aware this IS happening, the next set of photos that came through definitely gave us butterflies!!
For some reason seeing the flooring down and the table in situ, really makes it look more like a place to be, rather than a construction area and we can't wait to sit there for our first meal! Although i’m going to be petrified of spilling anything on our gorgeous cushions which we’ll share with you soon.
We have continued to dream of travels during lock-down and keep adding destinations to our foodie tour of Europe; including pizza and gelato in Naples, fondue in the alps and frites and beer in Belgium. Literally salivating writing this! In the meantime, we’re just very excited at the prospect of being able to pick the van up soon!
The table has removable legs which tuck neatly under the raised flooring and it turns into the sleeping area!
We also now have two additional windows at the rear of the van to gaze out of on rainy mornings and let plenty of gorgeous light into the van, along with two roof lights/vents to add even more light and ventilation when it’s not possible to have the windows open.
